Harvey Goldberg, Chief Executive Officer

Harvey Goldberg is IDEAL LIFE's co-founder and CEO. A former international consumer products company executive behind such successful products as Creepy Crawlies™, Teddy Ruxpin™, and Funoodles™ (for swimming pools), Harvey brings the company decades of experience and insight into consumers and consumer products. In his role as president of ToyMax, Inc., he boosted sales to $150 million before the company was sold in 2001. Prior to joining ToyMax, Harvey was a senior sales and marketing executive for Toy Biz, H-G Toys (HK) Ltd., Regent Toys, H-G Canada, and Grand Toys. In addition to his current CEO duties, he is also a director of IseeMedia Inc., a public company traded on the Venture Exchange.

Jason Goldberg, President

Jason Goldberg founded IDEAL LIFE in 2002. He is a forward-thinking entrepreneur with an ability to translate technologies into workable healthcare solutions. With his training in anthropology and his past experience with businesses such as HomeProject, MGI Software, and Maxverse International, Jason has extensive knowledge of technology, software development, marketing, international business development, and consumer products. His passion for technology has created a company uniquely attuned to the practical needs of today's healthcare consumers.



Ran Perry, Chief Information Officer

Ran Perry has over 15 years experience in technology services and applications. From his service in specialized units in the Israeli Defense Forces, to providing due diligence IT services for international technology companies, Ran has a gift for transforming complex technologies into secure, user-friendly applications. His skills in information management, IT, and communication technology services make him an outstanding addition to the IDEAL LIFE executive team. Prior to joining the company, Ran was the IT Manager at the SkyLink Group. Ran spearheads IDEAL LIFE's strategic technology plans and oversees all Internet-related products and services.


Steve Wheeler, Director of Sales

Steve Wheeler is a seasoned healthcare industry executive with many years experience introducing new products and services to the healthcare market. He brings an in-depth knowledge of how work-flow processes can impact healthcare organizations both financially and clinically, and a unique understanding of the technical and financial connectivity between patients, providers and payers within our increasingly complex healthcare environment. A sought-after speaker at national healthcare conferences, Steve has served as President or CEO for a number of companies and held senior management positions in sales, marketing and business development over the course of his career. Since joining IDEAL LIFE, he has been instrumental in out the company's product line to major national health plans based on the west coast, and developing strategic relationships with complimentary health and wellness organizations. Steve graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, and completed graduate work in the University's MBA Program. He and his family live in Laguna Beach, California.

John P. Chan, Director of Engineering and R&D

John Chan is the company's expert in hardware engineering and research and development. With over 35 years experience in electronic design and electrical engineering, John's strength is in developing products that can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively, and he provides unparalleled expertise in chip design and manufacturing. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese, John has established numerous strategic business relationships throughout Asia.





Judy Metez, Director of Clinical Services

Judy Metez received her BSN in Nursing from Kent Stare University in 1985. She joined the IDEAL LIFE team in 2008 as a clinical nurse consultant. Judy started her career as a nurse in the vascular field at the Cleveland Clinic. After relocating to California, she worked in acute care in adult nursing, primarily in the area of Sub-Intensive Care. She later transitioned into clinical nursing in the Home Health and Hospice fields. More recently, Judy has also been involved in sales, marketing and education related to various aspects of Home Health.

Ronald J. Pion, M.D., Consumer Health

Dr. Ron Pion's dynamic career encompasses various roles, including physician, clinical educator, and successful entrepreneur. As the founder of the Hospital Satellite Network, he provides programming for hospitals and patients and is a leading authority on telecommunications in the healthcare industry. Dr. Pion also oversees the Pion Group, where he serves as a healthcare consultant on issues related to improving clinical outcomes and patient care.




Sheldon S. Zinberg, M.D., Fitness & Wellness

Dr. Sheldon Zinberg is a distinguished physician, author, professor, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Nifty after Fifty, a full service fitness center that promotes wellness and independence for mature adults. Dr. Zinberg also founded CareMore Medical Group, served as a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, and continues to teach via numerous lectures and media interviews.





Martin G. Myers, M.D., Hypertension & CHF

Dr. Myers has over 20 years experience in the medical arena, particularly in the area of hypertension. He has directed research and led pharmacological- and cardiovascular-related committees at leading Canadian hospitals. He also serves on the editorial boards of respected medical journals and has more than 125 publications to his name. Dr. Myers is currently a Professor at the University of Toronto and a full-time staff member in the cardiology division of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center.





Jay Skyler, M.D., Diabetes

Dr. Jay Skyler is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami in Florida, where he also directs research and various programs related to endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolic disorders. His research focuses primarily on clinical aspects of diabetes, particularly in terms of improving patient care. Dr. Skyler was founding Editor-in-Chief of Diabetes Care, and is currently the Scientific Editor of International Diabetes Monitor and a Regional Editor of Diabetes Research & Clinical Practice.
